A: We have agents/dealers globally. Please feel free to fill out our purchase form and we would direct you on how you can purchase our pins through one of our agents.
Q: How do I purchase a pin and call using Budget or Supreme Plan?
A: When you purchase your pin, be sure to ask your agent to give you a Budget Plan pin if you wish to call using Budget Plan or a Supreme Plan pin if you wish to call using Supreme Plan.
Q: What payment methods are available to topup my account?
A: If you're an agent of 247fone, you will be able to pay us directly via bank transfer (TT) and Western Union Quick Pay®. If you're a customer (end user), please speak to your agent regarding payments to topup your account.
Q: Which countries can I call from?
A: You can call from any country in the world as long as you have an internet connection and a computer with our softphone installed in it, or a device configured to our system.
Q: Which countries can I call to?
A: You can call any country in the world using our service.
Q: How much will I be charged for my calls?
A: You will be charged based on the country you are calling to. You can view our A-Z rates to see the charges for all countries.
Q: Will the rates change according to the country I am calling FROM?
A: No, rates will not change based on where you are calling FROM, it will only vary based on where you are calling TO.
Q: How do I dial a number in any country?
A: You simply dial as follows:

Q: How are my calls billed?
A: It depends on the plan that you are using –
Budget Plan - you will be charged PER SECOND.
Supreme Plan - you will be charged PER MINUTE with a grace period of 5 seconds.
Q: Do I have grace periods on Budget Plan?
A: No.
Q: Do I have grace periods on Supreme Plan?
A: Yes, you get a grace period of 5 seconds to ALL countries if you use the Supreme Plan.
Q: Are there any call setup costs or daily fees?
A: There are no call setup costs, hidden charges, daily fees or monthly fees on your pin. You will be only charged for the calls your make.
Q: What do I do if I cannot log-in using my pin or cannot make any calls using the softphone or my device?
A: If you're a customer, please feel free to contact your agent. If you're an agent, please contact your 247fone Account Manager or feel free to send a Trouble Ticket to support.
